Know Exactly Where You Stand.

The True Potential Athlete Assessment gives athletes and their families a clear, honest picture of current performance, position-specific strengths, and the exact steps needed to compete at the next level. Start here.

WHAT THE ASSESSMENT IS

What DISC Is

The DISC assessment is a research-backed behavioral tool that identifies how a person naturally thinks, communicates, responds to pressure, and takes in feedback. In a coaching context, DISC removes the guesswork from how to develop an individual athlete. Different athletes need to be coached differently. DISC makes that precision possible.

How Ventson Uses It

Ventson integrates DISC assessment into every athlete evaluation because technique without self-awareness has a ceiling. He uses the DISC profile alongside on-field evaluation and film review to build a complete picture of each athlete. The result is a development plan that is designed for that specific athlete: their wiring, their tendencies, their strengths, and the gaps they need to close.

What Makes This Different

Most football evaluations measure physical output. Speed. Reps. Combine numbers. The True Potential Athlete Assessment measures all of that and goes deeper. Athletes leave knowing their competitive profile, not just their forty time. They understand how they are wired, what type of coaching produces the best results for them, and what specific steps they need to take to reach the level they are aiming for. This is athlete assessment football done right.

HOW IT WORKS

Three Steps. One Honest Picture.

  1. Complete the DISC Assessment: Before the session, athletes complete the DISC assessment online. Results are reviewed by Ventson prior to the in-person or virtual meeting.
  2. On-Field or Film Evaluation: Ventson evaluates your athlete's position-specific technique, football IQ, and competitive habits through on-field work, game film, or both. A full baseline is established.
  3. Results and Roadmap: Athletes and their families receive a complete debrief. DISC results, on-field findings, position-specific feedback, and a clear recommended path forward. No vague feedback. Specific direction.
