- July: 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29

- 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Training Sessions
- 16 on-field workouts focused on Receiver and Defensive Back skill development
- 6 group film sessions for in-depth performance analysis
- 1 personal one-on-one consulting session to refine your technique

1. Defensive Backs Technique Refinement
- Backpedal and hip transitions: Learn how to stay low and fluid while maintaining speed.
- Press and off-man coverage: Master techniques at the line and how to mirror receivers in space.
- Ball skills: Improve timing, hand-eye coordination, and interception techniques.
- Double man coverages- in/out bracket and high low
2. Football IQ
- Reading offenses: Learn how to identify formations and predict route concepts.
- Zone vs. man responsibilities: Understand your role in different coverage schemes.
- Situational awareness: Learn when to jump routes, maintain cushion, or provide help coverage.
3. Physical Development
- Agility and speed work: Enhance burst, recovery speed, and lateral quickness.
