What Is Let 'Em Know?

Let 'Em Know is a motivational speaking event built for the next generation of champions. Hosted by Ventson Donelson and True Potential Football, this is not a typical conference. It is a room filled with energy, truth, and purpose — bringing together current and former professional football players, coaches, and community leaders to speak directly to young athletes ages 10 to 18 in Regina, Saskatchewan, and beyond.

On August 8, 2026, speakers will pull back the curtain on what it actually takes to reach the highest level. The grind of becoming a professional.
